Please ensure that all apparel remains unworn, unwashed, and retains the original brand tags for a successful processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Ved Sanjeevani account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' button next to the item you wish to send back.

  Quality Inspection Pack

  Place the garment in its original packaging along with the invoice, ensuring the security seal is intact and the items are folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be credited to the original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
